Robert A. McBride
Robert A. McBride joined Wilkerson & Bryan, P.C. in October 2023 after practicing with a firm specializing in consumer and commercial collections, bankruptcy, and foreclosures. Mr. McBride has appeared in numerous courts throughout the state representing banks and credit unions in consumer contract litigation. Since joining the firm, Mr. McBride has focused on health care, communications, and public utility law, which includes representing clients before federal, state, and local administrative bodies.
Mr. McBride earned his Juris Doctorate (Magna cum Laude) from Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law in 2018. While attending law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Faulkner Law Review and clerked for the Alabama Supreme Court. After graduating, Mr. McBride clerked for a federal magistrate judge in the Middle District of Alabama.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. McBride spent twenty years in the United States Air Force, serving in numerous locations and positions which included work with various space and missile systems such as Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program, and the Integrated Missile Defense system. While serving in the Air Force, he earned an MS in Space Sciences from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from Webster University. Robert retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2013 and moved to Montgomery in 2015.
Mr. McBride is a member of the Montgomery Chapter of the Military Officers’ Association of America. He and his wife, Nancy, are members of Christchurch Anglican in Montgomery.
